Best Western Andalusia Inn

Great location. You can tell it has recently been renovated and they did a great job.

The room the bed was spacious and comfortable.

Location was good, night staff was friendly. Beds were comfortable.

Unfortunately this time I wasn't happy about my stay at best western in Andalusia. The manager's wife is extremely rude and nosey she opens her door every time someone walks by their room/apartment and gives them a mean and nasty look. She doesn't say anything to you she just looks at you with a mean look. I was very upset 😡 with the manager the room I was assigned to had a hole in the wall I told him about it he replied that he knew the hole was there and then he told me that the hole is not going to hurt me when I asked for another room downstairs next to the pool he told me that there were no more rooms available downstairs next to the pool and that he would put me upstairs I don't like being upstairs because of my knees I asked the manager if he would give me a discount since the room I was assigned to had a hole in the wall he told me I put you in another room I don't give discounts and he proceeded to tell me that you could have stayed in the room that I was given because that hole in the wall wasn't going to hurt me and my family his attitude and customer service was horrible. I told him I didn't pay money to stay in a room that has a hole in the wall. Anyway my family and I moved to another room unfortunately it was a upstairs room but we managed.
